We started with two soups: the mushroom and the sweet potato carrot ginger. Both were rich, balanced, and somehow both comforting and refined at the same time 🍄🥣
For our mains, we shared the Bistek Prime NY strip and the pesto crusted salmon, beautifully cooked, well seasoned, and plated with care. Everything had its own texture and flavor profile without competing for attention ✨🍽️
We ended with their house tiramisu paired with a glass of their house red, a Sean Minor Cabernet from Paso Robles 2022. A cozy, smooth finish to an already memorable dinner 🍷🤍

Buyers have not gone into hibernation 🏡❄️
Even with the holidays wrapped up, closings are still moving. Under contract numbers continue to hold strong, which tells us buyers are still out there making decisions and sellers who are priced correctly are getting results.
Median price is steady at $470,000, active listings have come down again, and nearly half of homes are selling in 30 days or less. Inventory tightening after the holidays is not unusual, and it often means less competition for sellers and more decisive buyers entering the first quarter.
